The DOGE Charter

Public companies in the U.S. are required by law to have outside (independent) auditors.
Independent audits ensure financial accuracy and transparency, protect investors, and maintain confidence in the records of the company.
This protection has gone missing in the Federal Government.
Trump created DOGE to perform this function for the Federal Government.
Here is why we need DOGE:
O Review accuracy and fidelity of accounting records and procedures.
O Expose faulty practices, waste, and fraud.
O Improve Systems and Processes that are clearly antiquated (Efficiency).
This effort will Protect the American People and Taxpayers against Waste and Fraud.
Why would anyone oppose this initiative ?
Objections have been raised by Democrats about DOGE access to Federal Department accounting records.
Perhaps they are concerned about the particulars of political influence that will be revealed within the Federal Bureaucracy.
It is odd that anyone assert that the Executive Branch of Government does not have the right to examine its own records.
How do they expect the Government to be managed? It is like saying that the Executive of a Company is not allowed to review the accounting records. Bizarre.
DOGE has been acting with transparency and access by the media. They are not chartered to pursue Personal Information.
There is no good reason to oppose this Department other than a desire to discredit the findings that may be inconvenient to the past Administration.
Let’s put the Sunshine on the Dark State of Federal Bureaucracy.
